Additionally, regarding proposals and analysis results provided through AI consulting services, users are responsible for their own judgment in utilizing these results, and the Company shall not be liable for any outcomes.

4. Changes and Suspension of Services

The Company may change the contents of the Services or suspend the provision of the Services at its discretion. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you or third parties due to the suspension of the Services.

For the AI news distribution service, the content and frequency of distributed news may change due to changes or suspension of external RSS feeds. Additionally, for AI consulting services, the content provided may change due to technological advances or changes in market conditions.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to you if it deems necessary. If you continue to use the Services after the Terms have been changed, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. In addition, if any dispute arises regarding the Services, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
